Hey guys, it’s WWW Wednesday time! This meme was formerly hosted by MizB at A Daily Rhythm and now hosted by Sam @Taking on a World of Words. Basically, I have to answer 3 questions with 3W’s : What are you currently reading? What did you recently finish reading? What do you think you’ll read next? and then link this post to the host.

The Wicked Deep: I’m once again reading another book by Shea Ernshaw who is becoming my new favorite author. I’m 50p. through, and just like that, I’m bewitched by this book. The writing is so smooth and I’m at the part where things are about to get interesting. Who doesn’t want to read about witches avenging their town to pay for their murder 200yrs ago?

Spin the Dawn: This book reminds me of a Chinese drama I watched years ago, but with a fantasy and periodic twist to it. There’s cross dressing involved and there’s going to be a lot of drama, I’m so on board with it. I just hope that the pace remains the same till the end.

➼ I haven’t mentioned The Shadow of the Gods because I’ve kept it for the weekend. I want to finish all the shorter books and then move on to the lengthier ones.

➼ I’ve started We Hunt the Flame and I want to take it slow. I can’t say much about this because I haven’t even finished 20 p.

➼ I had planned to read The Steel Prince last Saturday but The Bone Witch ate up all my energy, so I couldn’t start this one. I’m really curious to know how King Maresh lived before, which is what this book is about. I hope to finish it by this week.

Instructions for Dancing was super fast. It’s only 304 pages long and I could have finished in a sitting. I never expected the somewhat-magical aspect in this book. Reading this book felt like a warm hug on a cold, rainy day. I’ll be posting the review in June, so you’ll have to wait to read my full thoughts on this one. If you want to read a romance that is funny, sad, and lovely, then you’ll love this book.

➼ I reviewed Hani and Ishu’s Guide to Fake Dating on Monday. You can read my review here.

➼ I finished The Bone Witch yesterday. I’m still processing the ending because that was a twist I wanted, but didn’t expect it to actually happen. I loved the premise of this series and I’m planning to start the next book, but if it’s too slow like this one then I’ll have to keep it for the last.

➼ I want to read these books next. I don’t know if I’ll be able to finish all of them by May, but here’s to hoping that I do.

That’s all I’ve got for today. I’m planning to post a review tomorrow, but only if I’ve got some time. Until then, happy reading y’all.

What are you guys reading for this week? Let me know in the comments.

    • I’ve been so hyped for We Hunt the Flame, I cant wait to finish it.🥺 I’m just waiting to finish The Shadow of the Gods, to read this one. I’m also planning to read The Gilded Wolves in June. I’m hearing a lot of polarized reviews on it, but that doesn’t matter. I’ll let you know my thoughts once I’m done reading it.💞 Have a great day, Cherry and hope you’re enjoying your current read.🤗

  1. I’ve heard so much about Elizabeth Lim’s books; I think I might pick up Unravel The Dusk sometime soon too. Instructions for Dancing and Hani and Ishu are both high on my tbr, I can’t wait to read them!! Lovely post, Isha 💖

    • Thank you, Janhavi.🧡😇Instructions for dancing was so good. I can’t wait for it to release and see people reading it. Hani and Ishu was also great, if you like Queer YA Romance, then that’s going to be one good read. Coming to Elizabeth Lim’s books, I’ve only read Spin the Dawn and it was super fast and fantastic. I haven’t read much of Unravel the Dusk, but it continues right where the first book ended. So I’d ask you to finish Spin the Dawn, if you haven’t, and then read UtD. Happy Reading!
